Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
At WGMI (“we”, “our”, or “us”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our website, platform, and AI-powered services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy describes how we handle information. Optional website analytics and marketing use the choices you make in Cookie preferences.
Website Measurement and Your Choices
Essential storage remembers your privacy choices. When optional measurement is configured, analytics starts after you allow it. Marketing measurement also requires your marketing choice. You can review or withdraw these choices using Cookie preferences in the footer. Our Cookie Policy explains the browser storage and available choices.
Our event records use page and button identifiers, sections viewed, campaign codes, and the progress of an enquiry or booking. The event stream excludes enquiry text, names, email addresses, booking identifiers, and appointment times. Pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers are created only after analytics is allowed.
Configured providers may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity for masked session recordings, and Meta for marketing measurement. The enquiry area is marked for masking in Clarity. Withdrawing permission stops WGMI event collection and reloads the page to unload providers that were already running. The preferences dialog explains this before you save a change that may clear an unsent form.
Information We Collect
When you submit the client brief, KSTUDIO SIA receives your contact details and answers about your business, task and working process. We store them in our internal workspace to prepare and follow up on your enquiry. Questionnaire answers are excluded from analytics events and the brief area is marked for masking in session recordings. Please use anonymised examples and do not include passwords or confidential information about customers or employees. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or commit you to paid work.
