WGMI AI PARTNER

Make AI useful in your everyday work.

We work alongside your team to find where AI can help, put a practical approach in place, and help people use it with confidence.

Discuss your first AI task

Start with one task your team does regularly.

BUSINESS + TECHNOLOGY

Practical help.
Alongside your people.

A useful solution needs to fit the way your business works. We look at the task with you: who does it, what information they need, where they get stuck, and what a better result would mean.

Then we work through the technical side, from choosing tools and preparing templates to setting up a method your team can repeat. People practise, ask questions, and learn how to check the output.

ONE TASK, WORKED THROUGH TOGETHER

From scattered notes
to a clear first step.

An illustrative proposal workflow and the kind of note you could leave a Working Session with. It is an example, not a client result.

01 / THE ORIGINAL TASK

Prepare a proposal from an enquiry.

The brief is in an email, details are in someone’s notes, and approved wording is in an old document. Each new proposal means collecting it all again.

02 / WHAT WE EXAMINE TOGETHER

Follow one example from start to send.

We look at an anonymised enquiry and a finished proposal: which details are missing, what can be reused, who checks the price, and where the work waits for a decision.

03 / THE RECOMMENDED CHANGE

Give the draft a reliable starting point.

Start with an intake checklist and an approved template. AI can help organise the brief and draft reusable sections. A person confirms scope, price, and delivery commitments before anything goes out.

Proposal preparation

A shared record of what to improve first.

Process map · today

  1. Receive enquiry
  2. Collect details
  3. Draft proposal
  4. Approve & send
Bottleneck
Request details and approved wording are spread across different places.
First priority
Create one intake checklist and one reviewed proposal template.
Owner
The client’s sales lead, with scope and prices approved by the business owner.
Next step
Agree the checklist fields and approved wording. Scope a small setup and a trial on the next suitable enquiry.
How to check
Compare preparation time and corrections needed on similar tasks.

The actual priorities, responsibilities, and next step are agreed with your team.

Other starting points: preparing answers to recurring customer questions, or turning agreed inputs into a regular report your team can check.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Start small.
Continue when it’s useful.

Choose the support you need now. Each engagement has an agreed scope, outcome, and quote.

Find your starting point

Working Session

Bring one recurring task. We look at how it works today, what gets in the way, and whether AI can help.

What you take away

A defined task, clear priorities, and a practical next step.

  • Review your current process and tools
  • Identify useful opportunities and limits
  • Agree what a worthwhile improvement would look like

Put it into practice

Starter

Work through one agreed task together, with the setup and guidance your team needs to try the approach in daily work.

What you take away

An agreed setup, hands-on practice, and a review of how it works.

  • Set up the agreed tools, templates, or working method
  • Practise with the people who will use it
  • Review results and leave clear instructions

Keep improving together

Partner

Continue when there is useful work to do: support your team, refine the approach, and work on the next agreed priority.

What you take away

Ongoing help with a defined workload and regular progress reviews.

  • Scheduled working sessions and agreed support
  • Refinements based on day-to-day use
  • A shared list of priorities for the next period

Ongoing support makes sense when there is an ongoing need. Custom development, integrations, and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately.

AFTER OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

One clear brief. A useful session.

Tell us about one task, how it works today and what you want to improve. Complete the short questionnaire on your own or with Fredrik. We’ll review it together and agree the focus, scope and fee before starting.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical
questions.

Can we use the tools we already have?

That is where we start. We review your existing tools, subscriptions, and working habits before recommending anything new. Sometimes a better template or a clearer process is the most useful first change.

Do we need to buy a CRM or other software?

No CRM purchase is required. If a task needs a paid tool, we explain the reason and its separate cost before you decide. Your team keeps control of its accounts and subscriptions.

How do you handle company information and AI mistakes?

Before using business information, we agree what can be shared, who may access it, and which tools are appropriate. We can start with anonymised examples. We build human review into the working method so someone checks facts, figures, and commitments before using or sending an AI-generated result.

Can you guarantee time savings or more sales?

We do not promise a fixed return before understanding the task. Together we record the starting point and choose useful measures, such as preparation time or corrections needed. Then we review actual use to decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop.

How is the work priced?

We agree the scope and price before starting. Work can be quoted as a defined engagement or billed by the hour with an agreed budget limit. The quote explains preparation, sessions, setup, and follow-up. A monthly arrangement has an agreed workload; extra work is discussed before it begins.

What if we need development or integrations?

WGMI also builds websites, software, and integrations. If the task needs technical development, we define and quote that work separately. You can use the guidance from a Working Session without committing to a build or an ongoing retainer.
